VFuels Completes FEED for MMEX Resources Corporation
VFuels has completed the Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) for the process area and facility for MMEX Resources' Fort Stockton 10,000 bpd refinery. The FEED is being utilized currently by the site contractor, Interstate Treating of Odessa, TX, to verify the Total Installed Cost (TIC) estimate provided by VFuels as part of the FEED package. The great news is that the cost estimate came in slightly under the initial estimated budget which will allow MMEX to keep up its efforts in finalizing the EPC contract without significant change or delay.
